Bake with Gen is a place to come when you’re looking for a quick recipe for your kids or for some guests coming to your dinner party. The recipes have a taste from different countries, namely France and South Africa. Gen is South African born, but has lived in France for the last 8 years, so she has definitely been influenced by the different cultures. Both South Africa and France have a lot of diversity and this is brought into the recipes.
A favorite to bake is the gorgeous French Macaron with it’s delicate shells and delicious fillings, but for the sweet tooth, there are recipes including caramel and a lot of chocolate, such as Peppermint Crisp Tart.
